Book 1
The Case of the Four-Legged Friend
A camp kid who loves big words. A large dog of unknown origin.
Together, can they find the dog’s home before he’s sent away for good?
Ten-year-old Scout is reading a mystery novel when a dog springs from the forest and steals her dictionary.
Then he eats it, page by page. And everything changes.
Scout doesn’t want to like this dictionary-digesting dog. But somehow he works his way into her heart.
Now she’s on a mission to find where he came from—before the camp director sends him to the animal shelter.

The Case of the Midnight Mystery
Unusual sounds. Strange footprints. Disappearing items. Can Scout and Barnaby solve the midnight mystery before campers are sent home?
Scout wants to be a real camper, not just a helper behind the scenes. And this is the week!
But strange things are happening in the girls’ tenting area. Noises in the night. Missing items reappearing in bizarre places. Bare footprints on the trails.
With her dog Barnaby by her side, Scout is on the case. They must uncover the truth before the campers’ parents are called and Blueberry Creek’s reputation is ruined.

Melted ice cream covers the floor of the shop. The front display freezer has been emptied.
With her dog, Barnaby, sniffing out sticky clues, Scout sets off to find the ice cream criminal. But when the clues point to her canine companion, Scout worries she might lose Barnaby before the summer ends.

The Case of the Blueberry Bandit
Disappearing blueberries. Pies that will never be made. Can Scout and Barnaby find the blueberry bandit before the week ends?
Scout’s tent group is determined to pick enough blueberries for a pie. After all, the camp cook’s blueberry pies are legendary.
But when the berries are stolen from their bucket, Scout and the Blueberry Creek Detective Agency leap into action.
Before long, the clues lead Scout and her canine sidekick, Barnaby, somewhere unexpected. Now Scout must decide if pursuing the truth is worth hurting a friend.

The Case of the Whitewater Woes
A wild whitewater adventure. A raft ripped wide open. Can Scout and Barnaby catch the raft wrecker before the trip is canceled?
Scout can hardly wait to go whitewater rafting with an older group of campers. But minutes after launching, her raft sinks, sending her and her teammates overboard.
When Scout discovers suspicious tears in the raft, she realizes this was no accident.
With her detective dog, Barnaby, at her side, Scout must track down who sabotaged the trip—before the rafters are sent back to camp.
