Client Testimonials

“You have given me exactly what I needed to stop feeling overwhelmed and start revising. You’re kind of a life coach for editing! I love working with you . . . I think you do an excellent job dealing with genres other than your own. That is a rare talent.”

Sharon Keller Johnson, Middle Grade Author

“Becca is a great combination of friendly and professional. Her edits are pertinent, never ego-driven, and market appropriate. Her feedback energizes me. She doesn’t just mark what is wrong but gives plenty of feedback so I can fix issues. I’ve already recommended her editing services to my close writing friends. If you choose Becca, be ready for changes that are worth making.”

Melinda Poling, Middle Grade Author

“I searched The Christian Writers Market Guide for an editor to proofread my YA novel, and Becca’s experience looked like a perfect fit for my book. I submitted a sample of my manuscript, and after reviewing Becca’s edits, I asked her to edit my entire manuscript. Becca did excellent work and even made suggestions above and beyond the scope of the editing engagement. I am very happy with her work. She was a pleasure to work with. You won’t be disappointed.”

Ted Gary, YA Author

    Not Sure?

    • No worries! After viewing a sample of your work, I’ll give you my recommendation for your project.
    • A manuscript would typically go through the editing process in the following order: developmental edit, copy edit, and proofread.
    • I can only provide a proofread for your project if I have not done the developmental and/or copy edit, as you will want to have a fresh set of eyes on your manuscript for that final step.
